I KNOW what it's like to be a D-1 Athlete. The PRESSURE of it all. The HIGH of it all. The LOW of it all.

I started looking back on the good coaches & teammates as well as the bad ones during my journey in football and I revisited all of the times when life-changing decisions were made based on good influences and bad. When I filtered everything through the lens of my old defensive back coach (Willie Shaw’s) formula of coaching… it made perfect sense to me. I realized that I still needed a coach... to help me with my overall personal development. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! It was an investment in myself and my future and I DECIDED I was worth it. It paid off more than I could have imagined - the knowledge that I gained gave me the confidence to be a better coach to my high-performance athletes. I started coaching business Executives and became a Featured Speaker at Events. I now have the opportunity to motivate and inspire people from all walks of life. Needless to say, it was a very good investment w/ a high ROI.
